Moustache has completely re-designed the award winning Game with a new frame, shock, battery and motor mounting position to give you the best uphill and downhill ride possible. The Game 160 is Moustache most aggressive setup ready to ride any trails!

Fully refreshed for 2025, this is a ‘heavy hitter’ E-Mountain Bike. Being the first to partner with the Bosch power systems, it has already gained a quality pedigree and history like no other eMTB available.

New Frame
With its all new frame the Moustache Game 160.8 provides an even more playful and high performance ride. One of the main improvements is the “No-Cut” frame. With a new motor and battery position, there is no need to cut out the frame to install the battery.

This design results in a stiffer and stronger frame and shifts the weight even further down and centred on the bike. A lighter front end further results in a more playful feel.

New Mounting Positions
Unique to Moustache is the mounting position of the Bosch Gen 5 Performance Line CX motor, designed to be visible, allowing for optimal cooling to maintain a more consistent performance. The new position also improves the bikes centre of gravity and stability.

The Battery can now be installed lower than previous models keeping the weight on the bike low and central. Moustache worked hard to design this new battery mounting where the battery now slides out the bottom of the frame. referred to as “Zero Relative Movement”, Moustache installed a battery axle an injection moulded spring to prevent any rattle in the frame.

Above the battery – next to the head tube – is a storage bag for carrying a spare tube and chain links, and the steerer is fitted with an easy to access multi tool.

The suspension delivers top uphill and downhill performance, designed specifically on the Moustache Game 160.8 to balance the Fox Float X Factory Shock with the 170mm Fox Fork . The frame suspension is offset by 14mm allowing for the mounting of a water bottle or the Bosch range extender.

Bosch Gen 5 CX Motor
The new Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 motor is even quieter and smoother than previous versions. Still delivering 85Nm of torque and 600W peak output, the Game 160 comes with a System Controller in the top tube, a Wireless Mini Remote, and the new Purion 400 display sleekly mounted to the bar.

The Game is available in both 750Wh and 600Wh Batteries and is compatible with the 250Wh PowerMore range extender by Bosch for the longest of rides.
