Ride to work tax benefit schemes

Christchurch Electric Bicycles is excited to be a retailer for both the WorkRide and The Wheel Deal schemes. Through these schemes, employees can achieve tax offsets of up 63% off the advertised price of an ebike, facilitated by tax offsets. Employees temporarily opt into a pre-tax salary sacrifice in exchange for a bike of their choice for their commute. 

These schemes are possible due to recent changes in tax law relating to fringe benefits, and have been approved by the Inland Revenue Department.

A surcharge may be applied to some bikes. All bikes and fitted equipment is eligible, though removeable accessories are not.
