We are authorised Bosch and Shimano ebike service agents.

Our top of the line, specialist electric bike workshop has everything we need to keep your ebike in top condition. Our talented mechanics are experienced in everything from converting existing bikes to electric, to building bikes from scratch.

The lead times for securing an appointment can vary based on the time of year, and day of the week you're keen on. Don't hesitate to reach out in advance to see what the calendar is looking like for a particular day you may prefer. 

We will ask bikes to be dropped in the day before, or between 10-11am on the day of the booking. Please plan on us having the bike for duration of the day. This allows the mechanics to most efficiently arrange their bookings for the day. 

We will text you as soon as your bike is ready to be collected. You are welcome to collect your bike anytime after you are notified it is ready for collection.

We recommend calling ahead if you need a small adjustment or to discuss an alternative arrangement.
