Moustache have integrated the latest Bosch electric bike technology into the Trail 5, creating a sophisticated eMTB on all fronts. Combining the powerful Bosch Performance Line CX motor, latest 750Wh PowerTube Battery and new Bosch Smart System, the Trail 5 lets you go beyond your everyday. A stiff but reactive hydroformed aluminium frame has been reinforced in critical zones and provides agility when cornering, descending or even performing stunts.

The 29” Assengai tyres allow you to roll over rough terrain, whilst the Moustache Magic Grip rear suspension and Marzocchi fork work in unison to let you cruise in comfort, wherever your off-roading adventures take you.

New Bosch motor and battery

The new Bosch Smart System Performance Line CX Motor is the most powerful motor in Bosch’s range and is designed to offer intuitive power delivery on the trail, giving you the right amount of power for every situation. The compact and light unit has minimal resistance while pedalling and is incredibly efficient, meaning more time on the singletrack between charges! Is it time to take your riding to the next level? Research and Development

Whilst it’s all about having fun with Moustache, they’re deadly serious about their research and development. Their eMTB range features lowest in class centre of gravity. Not satisfied with an off the shelf motor and battery combination, Moustache made their own battery mount that puts the battery within 1.5mm of the motor, and ensures the weight of both the battery and motor are as low on the bike as possible. This was made possible by Moustache’s in house research and development team, who work hand in hand with their production team in Golbey, France.
